The Artificial Intelligence and the Transformation of Higher Education Symposium (AITHE) is a three day international event hosted by Swansea University’s School of Management (1–3 July 2026). Designed for staff, students, and global partners, the symposium explores how AI is reshaping teaching, learning, and assessment in Higher Education. It features keynote talks, hands on workshops, and collaborative sessions across two main streams: AHEAD, focused on AI driven assessment and curriculum design, and NWISEd, centred on innovative, technology enhanced Information Systems education. With contributors from South Africa, Austria, Slovenia, Wales, and beyond, the symposium aims to share best practices, spark innovation, and build international partnerships for the future of education.
